What will your job look like?
You will design, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional and technical design specifications.
You will follow SCSS software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes, to ensure code is maintainable, scalable , supportable and demo the software products to stakeholders
You will investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provides fixes and workarounds, and reviews changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.
You will work within a team, collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.
You will assume technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and provide technical support during solution design for new requirements.
You will be encourage to actively look for innovation and continuous improvement, efficiency in all assigned tasks.

All you need is...
Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in writing software code in at least one programming language
2-3 years of knowledge in Unix/Linux
Good knowledge in Object Oriented Design and development

What will your job look like?
You will initiate engagement with targeted accounts and buying centers, and lead the opportunity development process.
You will have to establish strong partnerships with key purchasing decision makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers; and develop relationships with third parties to extend the reach of SCSS beyond the core markets, solutions, and buying centers.
You will manage the sales cycles in the different SCSS domains, and will take the lead role in positioning and selling SCSS Products and Services.
You will be encouraged to exercise the SCSS business solution approach: focusing on the customer’s needs and pain points rather than on what SCSS has to offer.
You will develop opportunities from the first lead until closure. You will lead resources and matrix manage the designated project team.
You will be required to align appropriate sales opportunities to meet business and financial objectives and will be expected to know our customers’ business needs.

All you need is...
Bachelor’s Degree/ MA in business/marketing or related fields is an advantage.
10+ years of sales leadership experience: A minimum of 7 years professional sales, sales management and/or account management experience in software, technology solutions or system integration sales to the telecom industry.
Strong knowledge in Telecom and Network, with knowledge in products and services.
Proven experience in sales to the Communications sector - sales record in OSS/BSS domain to Tier 1s.
Experience in communication/presenting at the executive level is required.
Proven and established relationships with Executives (VP, C Level), or working experience for/or with enterprise companies.
You should be a “hunter” with proven experience running long, complex B2B sales cycle processes for large companies and a proven track record of closing large, complex deals.

Must have the ability to immediately manage client deliverables Prior experience with designing and optimizing VoLTE/LTE/GSM and CDMA wireless networks for Tier 1 carriers or smaller discreet operators Experience with overlay networks (i.e., LTE/UMTS/CDMA/GSM) and/or design recommendations for integrated/converted networks and DAS installations.
Must have prior experience working with major OEM providers, i.e., Nokia, Samsung, Ericsson, etc. Requires prior experience analyzing network parameters for optimization of KPIs.
Must demonstrate ability to create and validate frequency plans for large area/clusters, and for improving network performance analysis and management.
Proven experience in sales to the Communications sector - sales record in OSS/BSS domain to Tier 1s.
Experience in communication/presenting at the executive level is required.

Job Description:
• Knowledgeable in outside plant construction, line, splicing and substructure
• Capable of communicating and working with General Contractors (GC) (i.e. communicating with GC where they are at in the project, timeline, etc.)
• Expert in established safety practices and guidelines
• Ability to plan inspection in coordination with contractor’s superintendent and agency personnel schedules
• Able to adhere to strict company regulations and procedures for the security of company property
• Demonstrated ability to validate as-built, project closeout documentation to confirm any red-line changes have been incorporated into the final design and that all project completion requirements are met
• Experience In validation that invoiced unit quantities align with construction activities in the field
• Able to processes written reports, QA audits, and other administrative duties
• Detailed knowledge of construction work print interpretation and municipal permit application review required
• Able to receive general instruction, otherwise performs independently with minimal supervision, exercising latitude to achieve daily objectives and approaches to critical/complex assignments

Education and Experience:
• 3+ years of experience is required
• BS in Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent technical degree; or equivalent work experience preferred
